Finally, found an easy setup where I can add conference/talk/project submission deadlines into my planning without having to copy/paste stuff by hand and even can start sketching and then writing in the same system, hurray for #obsidianmd and the authors of the task, taskboard and webclipper plugins

I can recommend setting up a taskboard or something on a whiteboard (even a small one on a fridge) and having task you need to do on it, don't set it up as a "do this at this time" (unless that helps you more!) and instead make it like a video game side-quest or quest objective
