A bit of history blending there - she was the original image in the OS print dialog box to show portrait, landscape, reverse, etc. Her *name* is Clarus the dogcow, and she *says* "moof". To this day, if you type clarus or moof into the emoji search, it suggests the dog and cow emoji.
