You would be hard-pressed to find better canoe routes than the Temagami forest.

This is bucket list for me.
I want to take the train to Temagami and Cochrane.
I want to take the train to Temagami and Cochrane.
Didn't take the very last train, but I did my part, taking several rides on the Northlander in 2012, including a May trip all the way from Toronto to Moosonee, staying overnight at the station hotel in Cochrane.
Sep 28, 2012: Ontario Northland's Northlander train makes its final north and southbound runs between Toronto and Cochrane. The train was the victim of cuts announced in the Ontario provincial Liberal government's budget on March 26, 2012.
