It's a Mini with a boot and a funny face!
There's a bit more to it than that, but the Riley Elf is based on the original Mini, and has all of the wonderful driving characteristics as well.
I have a good walk-around this classic car, and take it for a couple of adventurous drives. It's wonderful, but frightening on today's roads.
