two characters appearing per frame is forgivable as the game is probably not running at 23.976 fps and would be rendering normally. UI is passable, but points docked for the "replay voice" button being active on a line of narration (technically could be voiced but highly unlikely)

You can just make your canvas 1980x1080 and use that as a guide for your screen size. But consider: textbox size, and if you are making a mobile version.

Chapter 3 of Deltarune, right before Tenna reveals himself, Susie and Ralsei share a textbox to angrily shout "Who the HECK are you!?" In the Church during the Light World of Chapter 4, while looking at the fire extinguisher, the narration says "(...Susie will say something stupid about it.)" Right below that, in the same text box, Susie's head pokes out and says "They should make one of these that shoots whip cream" In the Church during the Light World of Chapter 4, Rudy, Noelle, and Toriel all share the exact same text box, to share the exact same thought, on three separately staggered lines, with three separate portraits: "(Kris will sing swears.)" In the Garden of the Chapter 5 Dark World, Ralsei says "You... you can't just do that!!" Susie, in the corner of the text box itself (not a portrait, just her entire torso, holding a ton of Flowery Dollars, looking gormless) asks "Huh!? Why the hell not??"

FWIW, I don't think every deck wants this card like I've seen some discourse suggest. I think the decks that *do* want to play it, on average, are going to do messed up things.

You need to acknowledge its textbox someway somehow or it's a 4-mana 6/6 unblockable at best.
