The Little Hut (1957)

A flint, thatched, rose covered small building with an attractive window which I believe is an apple store. It is at the corner of an orchard at West Dean Gardens.

Day 111 gave me a delightful ride through quintessential English countryside scenery from Ringwood to Salisbury. My accommodation had no possible trike storage, so I used my priestly status to convince a local parish Church to let me store it in their facility rather than on the street.

Chisbury Chapel, Wiltshire
Fab visit to Chisbury Chapel today - mediaeval thatched chapel that was converted to a barn - now only houses owls, Outside 34c, inside lovely and cool. Saw hares, a herd of deer, and a barn owl. Chisbury is in an ancient earthwork.
