The Britain Barber is about to get his own shop later this week when we roll out the map update. His shop is just a few steps away from the Cat's Lair tavern and the West bank of Britain.

When players arrive on a new Ultima Online shard, one of the most common places they visit is Lord British's throne room. On Tides of Power, they are in for a rude awakening if they skipped the lore page on our website... The King did not survive the flood.

The King, @richardgarriott.bsky.social was one of many whom we lost when the flood hit Britannia. While his body was never recovered, a makeshift grave and memorial has been setup in the castle. Citizens still pay tribute to this day.

One of the wonderful things in Utlima Online is the sandbox it provides for play.

This player harvests wheat and other supplies from nearby fields, baking pies and cakes to sell to adventurers leaving Britain.

When designing parts of our map, I created spots with hopes that players would place their homes nearby. Today I found this villa next to a mountain forge.

They effectively claim the outside decoration as "an asset" to their home too.
