Opened up #X-Men ‘97 Monopoly this weekend, I think the contents is pretty great. Everything is on theme, including the excellent player tokens, while the board and cards feature beautiful animated style art from talents like #AmeliaVidal, #TimLevins, & #DavidGomezZurita.

Jubilee looks great in her more modern black costume, and this version includes some fun accessories and power effects. The only thing missing is the chili-fries.

Civilian Logan may not be the most anticipated figure from this wave, but he came out very well. The clothing and colours are perfectly match the animated series, and his face looks great.

#X-Men ‘97 Monopoly arrived yesterday, I’ll tear into the contents this weekend but for now sharing this fun addition to my collection. The little X-themed tokens are a great touch, and the game board looks awesome.

This is a great Morph figure, it’s simple but captures the animated character perfectly. The additional heads are a nice inclusion, now I just need an appropriate body for Gyrich.

The first figure I opened from the latest X-Men ‘97 wave is this beefy Cable. He really looks like he popped right off the screen, they’ve done a great job with the design and colour pallet.

They’ve arrived and they’re spectacular! I’ll finish unboxing later but for now I couldn’t resist getting a peek. Now I just need to figure out what to do with two of these big guys…
