Model designer GenPachi Tokaimura (aka Model Kingdom), passed away on January 10 following a long struggle with cancer.
He was one of the Medabots designer on Medarot Navi, providing the designs for Circred, Vulture, and Duckbill, and physical model for some of Navi's designs.

I understand why the Tokaimura Criticality Accident isn't on that page but it's always one of the most incredible to me. They didn't have criticality alarms installed in the facility at all!

If you see a Wumpus pouring a material in a container and getting 17 Sieverts of radiation, followed by him bright-red on a bed
That's unfortunately a misconception that that radiation reddened someone like that. The bright-redness is actually from a burn victim
