Getting home from rehearsal on a rainy night, to a bowl hot pork and miso soup is pretty much perfect. Tonjiru time.
Lots of vegetables (potatoes, carrots, hakurei turnips, radishes, hispi cabbage), a little pork, home made miso and leftover dashi. Perfect tonjiru to re-heat when I get home from rehearsal. I will add konyaku at the end, to heat through. #豚汁

This turned out really delicious and perfect for a winter dinner. There's a good amount of dashi left over so I suspect there will be tonjiru later this week.
