When we see animation executives start companies like "Toonstar," remember executives have always tried to get rid of the artists. It was Len Key outsourcing Rocky and Bullwinkle TO HIS OWN SHELL STUDIO IN MEXICO while Jay Ward was in the hospital so he could skim off the top that started it all.
