I count 49 news headlines on the NYT mobile app home page right now, not including opinion, sports or cooking. None of them are about the massive protests yesterday.

i would say that we're edging far enough into the post-primary period that this stuff is starting to get real, but not fully into partisan consolidation time quite yet, and the actual toplines in this poll (45-40) leave room for a partisan consolidation story we won't like

These toplines bury just how strongly the country disapproves of Trump. Strongly disapprove is 3x more than strongly approve. More people strongly approve than approve at all. A majority of independents strongly disapprove of Trump. Not even a majority of Republicans strongly approve.

This is a good example of why I yell at people for sharing poll results as screenshots/text without linking back to the actual poll toplines. It breaks the chain of information and makes it way easier for bad actors to thrive.
This ME-Sen poll and this account are fake. No such poll on Emerson Polling's website or X feed. And take a close look at the account's handle: @PoliticPollss when the real one it's impersonating is @Politics_Polls.
