The TPAC (Tactical Pursuit and Containment) "box" maneuver is most often used to bring drivers to a safe halt after a "failure to stop" after request from a single police vehicle.
Driving Without Insurance and Failure to Stop are serious offences.

I have been on team “leave the bridge alone” for a long time — more so since TPAC decided they would no longer pay for their portion.
I’m not aware of any public conversations or acknowledgment of impacts on historic status.

And in all the discussions of the renovations to the bridge, no one is bringing this aspect up. We're just going to let it happen and hope no one notices.

My 22 year old nephew was trying to explain a song that he’s walking out to his 1st fight to. And without a hint of sarcasm, said “you won’t understand, he’s a rapper, he’s called Tpac.”
I would have knocked him straight out if my hand could reach his head.
