It’s no longer the House budget. It’s the Trump budget, now that Trump has endorsed it, and since the Administration hasn’t submitted its own budget. So we should call the House budget the Trump budget. And we can talk about Trump’s cuts to important programs and Trump’s broken campaign promises.
