That's fair. I only know them from a few headline grabbing incidents and none of them made CAS look good.
Specifically, I'm thinking Caster Semenya, Kristina Tsimanouskaya, The Russian doping scandal, and now the gymnastics thing.
They all make CAS look pretty terrible to me.
