WHY ARE YOU TUCKPOINTING TILE GROUT???
And no, dumbass, it's FAR from "perfect work". The edges are not flush with the corners, you can still see the drag marks from the tucking tool, you're using regular sanded (I assume) tile grout, it ABSOLUTELY SHOULD be epoxy grout.
This is a clusterfuck.

- Maintenance: Every homeowner has stories. When the heating breaks, if you own, you're the one that has to fix it. Ditto fridges, stoves, toilets, etc. And don't forget tuckpointing, resealing decks, etc.

You really can't imagine how good it feels to pay off that big tuckpointing job you had to hire out over the summer.
