I hadn’t heard of tyrokafteri until I first ate here, it’s delicious: feta cheese, spicy peppers, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and oregano. I can’t recommend it enough. It’s spicy!

Grill some sweet red peppers, smash them in a food processor, add olive oil, a bit of balsamic vinegar, some chill, the yogurt, and some feta cheese, run the processor again and you'll also have some "tyrokafteri"

Spent the day making tyrokafteri, kashke bademjan, hummus, a dry rub for chicken and a filling for ravioli for guests tomorrow, ginger syrup, plus pasta for lunch and borscht for dinner today and a loaf of bread. Cooking is how I relax but I'm so relaxed that it's 7 pm and I'm ready to go to bed

Finally back and here are some more London eats for the #foodsky. I ate amazing food this weekend my friend oxtail was still the best dish. Wish I had more time to explore different markets around London but space adventures took precedent.
Got this from The Black Pig in borough market. Pictured is a truffle Parma ham sandwich cut in half and placed in a tray. Inside is shredded pork, slaw of cabbage and mayo then covered with grated parmesan cheese. Had this at Tacos Padre at borough market Pictures is a battered fried fish fillet in corn tortilla. It sits on cabbage and mayo. On top is a tomato base salsa Verde. There is a lime wedge at the back. Had this at The Hope Pub in London Pictured is Jamaican roast dinner I picked to have it with goat curry. What else on the plate is rice and peas, roasted potatoes, carrots, green beans, red chilli slices, sliced scallions and, a Yorkshire pudding. Had this food at Nono's in London. Pictured from the bottom left to right. Filo pastry filled with spinach and cheese. 3 dips are tzatziki, hummus, tyrokafteri. With those are olives. Next to these prawns in tomato sauce with pita breads. Below JD a mix salad with feta cheese on top.

Grilled/charred Florinis peppers (long red peppers) dressed with EVO oil and lemon and vinegar, tyrokafteri aka spicy feta cheese spread, Greek chips, with oregano and feta, and sourdough bread!
