There is no statute of limitations for murder, including under UCMJ.
Unless and until some kind of compelling legal and moral argument is presented as to why this is a legitimate use of deadly force, this is just…mass murder.

There’s also really no need for any service member to sign an NDA in most cases - they’re already bound by confidentiality agreements and the UCMJ.

If telling troops they must disobey unlawful orders is sedition, you’re gonna have to hang all the military academy instructors, boot camp drill instructors and training manual authors, along with every member of congress that authorized the UCMJ by voting yes on the most recent NDAA.

You can't fire a civilian employee for insubordination. That's a UCMJ offense and civilians aren't subject to the UCMJ. They'll win a settlement based solely on that.
