We have the staff meeting tomorrow, so I have prepared a brief for a really complex student case, with research on recidivism and suggestions.
2nd brief: proposal that we incorporate UDL principles into our curriculum to boost motivation, engagement and reduce escalations. It's all research-based.

I wonder if the folks over at CAST have seen these new studies? They are still claiming that UDL is based on neuroscience. It's an effective framework with large-n studies to show positive effects (I'm a proponent), but neuroscience it ain't.

That’s the benefit of running it (and coming from a K12 background)!
We’ve done a lot of AI-based stuff, but it’s always with an eye on pedagogy. We’re in the middle of a big UDL push right now, so UN stuff fits real nicely.
