For God's sake, this is craven. The Russians have been trying to obliterate US companies in Ukraine repeatedly and with some success. The US government says nothing at all.
Marco Rubio: "The one thing we are concerned about is that over the last few months on a number of occasions American-linked ships, American oil supplies, have been targeted -- probably not deliberately -- but targeted nonetheless by Ukraine. That needs to be addressed. We can't have that happen."

Ukraine does not owe the United States a single dollar, everything the US provided and has yet to provide is owed to Ukraine. The US is the debtor and nobody should fucking forget that. These aren't donations, they are debts.
