Why does the Stockton California ICE office not follow the USFlagCode and remove the American flag before sunset or have proper lighting?!

True, but one way to counter this is for everyone possible to burn flags everywhere possible. BTW, the only way to properly dispose of a used American flag is to burn it. Boy Scouts of America routinely collect flags for proper disposal (burning). #Resist #USFlagCode
People saying flag burning is "clearly constitutional" have not met this Republican Supreme Court, a court which changes the rules of the game every day so Trump can "win."
