Vector portrait illustration of Kylie Minogue by Alec A. Sarkas with the text “Kylie” written in a graffiti style across her upper body and the artist’s signature (me!) in cursive appearing on top of everything else toward the bottom right. Kylie’s eyes and face are the focus of the illustration with her mouth open in a smile with teeth showing. Artist’s statement: I used the front cover photo of her U.S. album release of ‘fever’ as an image source. I made changes to the pose and had to imagine the areas covered up with her hands in the original photo. I styled it in a cartoon-like fashion. I drew this on paper first with a pencil and used my own pencil drawing as a template for the vector artwork, making all the curves and areas myself one click at a time.
