It's really funny to sit in a country where both property prices and rents are insanely unaffordable, and watch people contort themselves into knots to suggest that somehow this isn't a very specific problem caused by rich people.

Why is housing that was easily affordable in the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's unaffordable now?
The answer is they have chosen to make it unaffordable, because they control the rents, they control the house prices and they control the house building
