Even the strong flyers and lovely migrant #CloudedYellow #butterflies are showing some wear and tear now.
Which is really not surprising as some of these stunners have been on wing for a very long time.

Great to observe four individuals of #GreySeal accompanied by many #gulls feeding just beyond the surfing waves as tide fell towards low this afternoon along the short stretch of #undercliffpath between #ovingdeanbeach & #brightonmarina.

It was a glorious #Corvuscorax morning when male #Raven called his lifelong mate out of the crowded nest to go #skydancing with him.

The King calls

Was fun observing those clever #Jackdaws that are nesting on the cliff face y/day but I also noticed that they were on constant alert .. unlike the pigeons 🙄.. as they had long sussed that the #raven chicks had hatched & their parents were on the prowl 4 food

As nest is probably heaving w tiny creatures, wise #Raven gets down to some serious preening & cleaning before setting off on his hunt for food for the brood high up on the cliff face.
There are still just 10K pairs in the whole of UK, & this pair lives just east of #Brighton 😊
