I have the same attitude about mechanical engineering. I always say you're not underskilled, you're undertooled. I could live in a place like that. I did, Wisconsin is frozen for ten months of the year. I just didn't have someone to help me find the joy in it.

Master Duel's playerbase is underskilled to the point that you can kinda think of it as only having "ranked" play in Masters Rated (sometimes), or the games you get once you hit top idk 5k or so in a duelist cup race, since then you're literally matching into players you've seen win YCSes.

I honestly don't think they will. Accenture's entire business model is a race to the bottom on talent and quality since they established the offshore model that was dependent on massive numbers of cheap, underskilled workers. AI is just an extension of that.

That the 3 white women who held the job after Spicer were highly skilled at the role of scolding, brazenly lying, patronizing, and/or stonewalling lower-case "secretary," and that Zacharia appears underskilled, is likely insignificant to Tr*mp. To him, ontological deficiency is the insulting point.

I don't think it's just viability, because the problems are just as bad with houses as with flats and snags don't particularly track profit margins. Our construction sector is underskilled and it doesn't face consequences for building badly, so there's no incentive to change.

Modern day Kid somehow someway gets turned into a dragon and has to flee gets found by older dragon and sent to dragon school where they learn to be a dragon

I have seen quite some attempts to grow topple in a few decades of being in the fandom because the people organizing and running the show wanted to cling to their elevated status and really rather wanted to have 'their party' and letting underequipped or underskilled volunteers and friends run it...

It was touch and go for me a few weeks ago: don't assume there are suitable/available medical services. If your friend - acquaintance even - is desperate and unwell, just go sit with them. GPs can do very little and 111/crisis teams are underfunded and underskilled, so it is up to you!
