The pilot was really intriguing. If they change it to make it more cookie cutter I would be highly disappointed. I read the writer would not sell the rights to the script unless it was filmed in NYC for #UnknownLover.

Wait to raise funds? I thought these were already made or almost done. To get a 10+ mins pilot you have to have shot a decent amount of footage? Ugh I hope it doesn’t mean we wait another 3 years. I saw #UnknownLover had IQIYI backing so I’m assuming it is more of a guarantee it will air.
