My Toulouse adventure started at O’Hare airport. I got a beer and a dog, relaxed in the air conditioning, and enjoyed some SRV. For a few glorious minutes, I forgot I was in an airport.

Toulouse is known as La Ville Rose ( the Pink City). This color comes from the local clay bricks used for centuries, which shift from soft pink to deep orange depending on the light and time of day.
