Maybe someone with a sous chef or who buys pre-chopped onions and garlic, uses pre-ground pepper, and buys the pre-cut stew meat? Maybe they just make up a time that sounds good and never make the recipe. It *Always* takes me longer to prep and to “saute the vegetables until soft.”
