The open-source virtualization platform Proxmox VE has announced the establishment of a new North American operations centre in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. This centre will chiefly provide support services to enterprise customers in North America. At the same time, Proxmox announced that its paid enterprise support hours will expand from Austrian business hours to round-the-clock coverage, so that enterprise customers can obtain support at any time.
