im just fascinated coz like. Okay so if your mobage rhythm game doesnt have tiering... what the fuck does it have ? ?? ? ? ? are we back to like actual arcade vsrg rules and you have to beat score thresholds by doing songs good enough to unlock cutscenes??

a few months ago i played geki for the first time and couldn't stop thinking about how much potential it left for other people to realize and expand on. it's fun seeing more devs steer away from the same vsrg formula in favor of throwing shit at the wall. we're in a rhythm game novelty renaissance

It's tricky to play other rhythm games in a public space for me at times, which is weird considering my proficiency in dance games and willingness to help others.

Who the fuck thought this Hololive rhythm game would be good on Steam lmao what, even if you *do* get past the fact that the control scheme makes absolutely no sense translated to standard VSRG 6B, it's wild that PC scores literally are unranked (on top of the fact that it's gacha scoring as is)
