One of Salient Media’s accounts, Vancity Vibe, also raised eyebrows over the summer, when CBC journalist @jmcelroy.bsky.social pointed out on social media that the company was regularly posting pro-Ken Sim content with no disclosure of any ties to the city or Sim’s Vancouver political party.
