Yes, they were remarkable Victorian ladies. Eventually it was just #VioletPinwill who ran the business right up to her death in 1957.

I think you will find the website interesting - particularly if you use the menu to look at churches in Devon or Cornwall. There you will find lots of pictures.

Yes, Helen Wilson is very much the expert on the #Pinwill sisters. Her book & gazeteer of churches to visit is superb (link above).

I would strongly recommend #Postbridge church for children & the young at heart. It is great fun to search for all the different carved animals.
