Updates: Depois de ter consertado a versão pra não usar blocking-IO e usar a fixed pool, eu refiz o código pra nem usar pool e usar virtualThreads.

O código tá tendo uma performance similar (com código mais simples) usando VT que era o que eu tava procurando...
