For the VERY FIRST TIME, when I refilled my Ubrelvy (migraine abortive med), I had only used 5 of the 10 I get a month!! This is so exciting to have cut down my amount of migraine days by nearly half! Vyepti and Botox ftw!!! 🥳💉✨😝💪🏆

Oh no! I've definitely heard that with Vyepti but haven't seen it mentioned quite as much with the monthly injections. (The fatigue, though, that kicked my butt on Qulipta.)

are ketamine trigger point injections but it's incredibly rare to find providers who do that (and i imagine any insurance coverage for it). my neuro wants me to try botox again and switch from ajovy to vyepti 3 month infusions instead since, with postdrome, my migraine attacks are still about 2 days

i might just have to adjust my gabapentin to compensate for that loss. i miiiiight also start qulipta with or instead of vyepti as a preventative but ofc it depends on insurance bc u can't possibly take more than 1 helpful rx at a time!!! i also love that she said i was a "complicated case" 🥲

Have you ever tried Vyepti? I get all types of headaches, but it really lessens the chance that they trigger migraines on top of that.
