Regarding “oh, the anti air-conditioning wackos don’t really exist, surely you’re exaggerating” idea: no, I really am not.
Just to give you an idea of how messed up things are in Europe...during the last heatwave (late May), I posted in French about the need for air-conditioning buildings and some journalist on here added me to a list of fascists. 🙄 That's because the RN here (far-right) supports increasing AC coverage.
