Northflank's advice after its breach: revoke at the issuing provider, don't just swap the value.

An old key works until OpenAI, Stripe or Supabase kills it. Then check usage.

When building a modern SaaS, developer experience is just as important as the end-user interface.
Clean APIs, structured webhooks, and standard specifications like OpenAPI make integrating tools seamless.

RLS on isn't the whole job. A Supabase policy that says using (true) lets anyone with your anon key read every row. Check Authentication > Policies and swap it for auth.uid() = user_id.

Is RLS on, but one policy lets everyone read?
Turning on Row Level Security is only half the job. A policy written as using (true) opens the table to anyone holding your public anon key.

Software is the same. Your customers don't care if it's Laravel or Rails, handwritten or written with AI. They care if it works, if it's fast, and what it costs.

The tools are your problem. The result is theirs.

I built RezLens, an AI resume analyzer, then shared the link in the WhatsApp groups where uni students already hang out.

People signed up and passed it on.

Why? Chrome worked well, Safari was unreliable, and Firefox wasn't supported.

Live transcription now works across major browsers. Privacy Policy updated.
