OK it looks like the webjobs that run some things on a schedule like updating open and close statuses on a schedule is running properly now. if you see any listings that don't seem to have updated them on their schedule please report it.

Went down the rabit hole of migrating from Application Insights to OpenTelemetry. Web app and WebJobs worked fine. Azure Functions, not so much; some failure related to logging scopes. I think it has something to do with Serilog. Hopefully I'll have time to dig into it more.

Even to the point where I was giving it the documentation, pointing it out, and it was still doubling down. Fortunately, I already knew it was wrong (Azure webjobs uses a non-standard version). But if I didn't, then that job would have run every 30 minutes instead of 1/week at 2:00 pm.
