For this, you could have a metric (there's not user context), or log something. There's no reason for a span.

Build a blueprint for k8s services that can produce or consume #azure #servicebus messages as BackgroundService.
Added some interfaces to make the stuff fully unit testable so you don't need k8s nor ServiceBus for local development.
I'm happy to code in Go the next time.

Our team had many issues because there were no official rust bindings. We had to basically reverse engineer some azure function models (using other sdks). for example, the ServiceBus output binding. It was and still is a very painful experience.
I really hope it'll change soon with this :D
