Delaware was my 50th state and I liked it much better than anticipated. It was friendly and laid back and Rehoboth Beach was lovely!

It was October so it wasn't crowded, but the beautiful day still brought out a number of people to enjoy the day.

The Indian River Life-Saving Station, built in 1876 as part of the U.S. Life-Saving Service, a predecessor organization of the U.S. Coast Guard. From 1876 to 1915 the 'surfmen' of this station rescued over 400 sailors off the coast of Rehoboth Beach, #Delaware
