Of course had to do the Westvleteren hat trick at In de Vrede today. The 12 with the Coupe infused with Westvleteren beer is always great, but the Blond is a firm favourite.

Today starts with all 3 Westvleteren beers at In de Vrede cafe. The Blond is tasting great. The 8 was a fantastic pairing for the pâté salad and the 12 for the ice cream infused with the 8 beer.
