3 reports of a grey or grey-brown big cat with pointed ears (lynx? Bobcat?) in a week – Little Cornard, 22/09/, Kesgrave 23/09, Whepstead area 26/9 - all seen late morning or early afternoon which is unusual. Long distances between these mean probably more than one of these at large in #Suffolk.

A good spot to pause when navigating cross-country from the A134 to the A143. 😬

Received a report of a long-bodied black big cat, "small head... body stretched out," seen for 2-3 seconds from 60m away at Whepstead (near Bury St Edmunds) at around 8.20am on 28 03 26.

Yes two wet warm years followed by a drier year (might be average by year end) but also very hot often with strong drying breezes. Also rain very patchy, Whepstead Suffolk had heavy rain yesterday with localised flooding, next village nothing. I now have rain, the garden will be thankful!
