9 images in a 3x3 grid. Samples of my art from 2024. The first is a close up on the main character from my graphic novel cover, Wildskies. The second is fanart from Anne McCaffrey's White Dragon. The third is promotional art of the young woman from Wildskies, leaping through a blue sky with birds around her. The fourth is commissioned art for a client's book cover, featuring a woman in armor made of bark and leaves, wearing a crown of twigs and breastfeeding her infant. The center photo is a selfie. The sixth photo is another book cover with a knight in shining armor and a dark hooded female assassin. The seventh image is another commissioned book cover of an ice queen with glowing blue eyes. The eighth image is a mermaid with wet hair, glaring over her shoulder. The final image is a couple kissing.

Years ago, I stood in amazement on my downtown Toronto balcony and watched Mammatus clouds and fiery sunset tones put on quite a show. I have several captures from that, and scatter them here occasionally. Inferno sky, but nobody gets hurt. #photography #blueskyphotography #sky #clouds #wildskies

Page 119 of my graphic novel, Wildskies. These are action panels from near the end of the story, the main villain is confronting one of the two human protagonists and challenging him to a swordfight. Page 93 of Wildskies. The three protagonists (two humans and a winged cat) are attacking a dragon in the snowy mountains. Page 81 from Wildskies. The two human protagonists are discussing dragons living in the snowy mountains they are traveling in. Page 64 of Wildskies. The three protagonists (two humans and a flying cat) are flying in a lighting storm when a lightning strike passes two close and sends them spiraling down from the sky.

comic book page art from my comic, "Wildskies". Top panel shows a snow monster with horns and glowing read eyes lifting its head. Second panel shows it charging toward my female main character, Kufra. She flips away, text reads: "Linasha! Where are you?! I need help!!" The third panel is a close up on Kufra's face. Text reads, "My tiny little knives won't do any good-- gotta just keep out of reach as long as I can..." Fourth panel shows a close up of the monster's face, roaring. Sixth-tenth panels are arranged in a series at the bottom of the page, showing the monster reaching for Kufra with one paw, and her leaping out of the way. She is screaming for help.

So uhhhh, it took me so long to finish the last chapter of Wildskies that I kinda thought maybe the tiny little audience it had accumulated on tapas and comicfury had forgotten about it--but when I logged in for the first time in 2 yrs, I was shocked at the comments and activity. People care 🥹
