#WoLTan & #RPTan: fear.
It's a rare enough occurrence that every instance is noteworthy. Doubly so since #WoLTan 's not even sure he's mortal and #RPTan is *really* good at not dying.
Anything that scares someone who's unafraid of their own death is worth being afraid of, imo.

I like your shoelaces.
One time #RPTan was so baffled by kittens being so damn cute that he fucking *died* 🤣 tbf, most Eorzean metaphors cause dialup noises for him.
#WoLTan has a loading bar every tome someone suggests walking into an obvious trap.

bringing back an old #wolqotd from The Hellsite:
are there any moments your WoL/OC had to mentally "buffer"/had an infinite loading circle/dialup noises going in their head?
(by this i mean they see something and they legitimately are confused/baffled for a moment, hence buffering or loading)

#WoLTan *can* but it takes him a while to get through something long and he usually prefers someone just tell him what it says.
#RPTan reads Eorzean Braille! He learned to read Eorzean well so he could pass as a merchant when reporting to his employer, but now he reads with his family!

When he targets you:
#WoLTan: Thread Around Your Neck
The Warrior of Light who walks in the Dark is soaring.
#RPTan: The Phantom Rises...
Someone watches. Pick a god you don't believe in and pray.

#wolqotd assign your oc a cryptic buff/debuff/status. either personal or party wide when they join a group. shit like “the winds push you forward”, “trees want your blood” or like. “sunlight feels kinder” vague. odd. have fun w it

#RPTan is sometimes a ghost himself! He'll pick the change out of your couch cushions, steal your pen, give your fish WAY too much food.....
tbh #WoLTan is probably curious about ghosts! He imagines they all would have cool stories to tell.

Which govt?
His birth name is Ganbaatar of the Dotharl, but the only people in his life that know that are his mother and his partner. As far as anyone else is concerned? He's just Altan Irynsi.

#WoLQotD What is your WoL's government name? The one they cash checks out under. The one on their taxes and documents.

#WoLTan can only read Eorzean, but #RPTan can read Eorzean Braille, his own form of Xaelan using the Eorzean alphabet, *and* technically Eorzean. He is slowly losing that last one, to be replaced with variations of braille.

Baaaaaaath #wolaotd
I think #WoLTan would take more baths vs showers but who has the time?
#RPTan? Bath time with his fiancé's his favorite way to wind down before bed. And his fiancé always gets nice smelling candles and soaps. Interrupt them and you'll be lucky if all you lose is a limb. 🛁

Always wanted to do a #wolqotd but all I could come up with was something boring. Anyway, does your WoL prefer baths or showers?

#WoLTan dislikes eye contact, and if he's unflinching holding your gaze, it's probably best that you run.
#RPTan when someone says "look me in the eye": 😐 "Afraid not." He tends to look *towards* someone but not always directly *at* them.

How is your OC with eye contact? Are they able to maintain it with others or do they prefer not to? Is it a skill they need to work on or are they really good at maintaining it? If someone said "look me in the eye"--would they?

I struck patches 6.1-6.3 from #WoLTan's canon years ago.
WoLG'raha was a thing from... about 5.0 through 6.2. Broke it off because I couldn't justify #WoLTan continuing to WoL after Endwalker nor G'raha just being okay with his hero *letting* the bad things happen.

Any ship(s) you tried out for your WoL / oc that didn’t pan out? Why didn’t these work out, or do you plan on re-writing / re-visiting them?

Describe your characters in three emojis. Are they a WOL or a ffxiv OC?

#WoLTan isn't bothered by flying, and usually just kinda guides without necessarily steering. Hell, usually he just walks.
Don't let #RPTan drive. Don't put him on a boat. Maybe airship. He doesn't tend to like Transportation, but that's the trust issues stacking with his blindness.

How is your wol's driving? Do they just let their chocobo do its own thing and guide it lightly or do they hold the reins tightly?
How did your wol feel when they first learned to handle a flying mount? Are they afraid of falling off at all?
