Its 4am. I just need to survive a little longer. Have this very cursed ginger bread man I saw in a Worchestershire coffee shop.
He's absolutely a filthy guilty little man and I love him.

People unfamiliar with the Irish surname usually mispronounce my name stressing the second vowel.
My name is actually pronounced "Worchestershire".
I thought it was that we say it three times into a mirror, and you appear and say "actually, it's pronounced 'Deh-LAH-nee'"

This is not my only contribution to burger discourse, btw. If you are making them yourself, thin and nicely crusty > big chunk of half raw meat. Use worchestershire sauce in the patty. Piling on so many toppings that you can’t fit it into your mouth makes it a chore and not a pleasure

Oh and this is (half of) a pork loin half, seared and put over a punchy chicken broth with a touch of worchestershire + apple cider vinegar, a buttload of horseradish Dijon, and carrots, halved mini potatoes, celery, chopped yellow onion and a few garlic cloves🫄

1) Add Worchestershire to the gravy and -- no, I'm not kidding -- a squirt of ketchup. It will make all the difference.
2) Dry mash the potatoes, then add shredded parmesan and mash again. You want it very dry! The gravy in the dish will do the work for you!
3) A short broil at the end to crisp.
