I think that not enough folks appreciate Java text blocks' incidental whitespace feature. If you have to work with formatted content embedded in other languages (e.g. XML), that stuff can be a real pain.

It actually has a lot more to do with how the CAP messages were formatted and what XML tags were used, as to whether or not those messages were sent to WEA (phones), EAS/Weather Radio and so on.

innit! it's still a wip because a lot of the openbox actions haven't been implemented yet so you've got to write a bit of xml-formatted logic (ew) for things like ToggleShowDesktop, but i'm really happy the project exists and has a good community!

I wrote a python script ~20 years ago that reads in xml formatted questions and generated random exams as latex. Haven't used it in a decade or so (since I haven't taught intro classes again) but it did the trick back then.

I created a new Python package called `dmarc-report` and it's for us geeks who have set up DMARC reporting and want to have a quick look at the XML reports in your terminal.
Using uvx you can just use: `uvx dmarc-report long-dmarc-report-filename.xml` and it will print a nice report.
