@YaleSecurity are you having issues right now? My hub is constantly beeping and the app claims it is offline, but we have a working internet connection and the hub is wired the router.

Hey @YaleSecurity. I own a Yale Smart Alarm + Yale Smart Lock and they have stopped working. The Smart Hub has stopped connecting to the internet.
I've tried contacting you via email on the 30th Dec and had no reply.
