これ、原因判明です。
わんコメ設定内の「ハンドル名の＠を取り除く」のチェックがONだとダメみたいです。
プラグイン入れたけど全然ハンドル名のままなんだけど！！！って人は確認してみてね😇

YouTubeAPIキーを使うプラグインでも同様だったので、プラグイン効かない人はココをチェックです！！！

YouTubeAPIの変更によるものなので、ほとんど使えなくなってるはずです。
動画プレイヤーのアップデートによって改善される可能性はありますが、アップデートされていないワールドの動画プレイヤーはもう使えないと考えた方が良さそうです…
APIを使用した再生だと再生数や広告表示反映されないので、YouTube側もどうにかしたいんだと思います…
