I won't go to bat for many specific choices, but it's still wild to me that any version of Tekkaman Blade made it onto broadcast TV. Even chopped up to fit USian S&P, there were horrible monsters and big drama that did a fine job of sparking stuff in teen me.

I haven't found many director's cuts I've liked, TBH. Blade runner. Meh (Harrison Ford's voice over narration actually works). LOTR: many more scenes of hobbits running. Justice League: never make a bad movie longer. The Abyss, Aliens: just more not better. They're fine fan service I guess but meh.

Pencil sketch. The title translates to "Hooked Dagger of the Nameless." A single-edged dagger with a spine. The blade has a large barb near the tip, and then widens and narrows again, similar to a leaf blade. The hand guard extends down from the crossguard to almost touch the grip and is decorated with border of fine dots. The grip is braided leather around a wooden shaft. The pommel is shaped like horseshoe. What? Our ballot boxes are one inch iron with tool steel. No cop has tools to get in it. It would take hours with a diamond blade for cutting stones. So the ballot box is fine. Ours is welded to the foundation of a school in the concrete.

The Gundam's head needed a few dabs of black paint to bring out some details, but I was nervous about doing so due to how tiny the details are.

Still, I got out a fine point Gundam Marker and gave it a go. Not perfect, but it does look nicer! (Here's a pic of the model with an unpainted head.)

In Trails of Cold Steel 2, Mara and Jade's abilities will stack with ARCUS units if they get their hands on them. They might be fine unless they face a mech or a divine blade lol.

In Andor, I guess they'd be useful to the rebels since their abilities will give them an inherent advantage lol.
