Brevard County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting in the unincorporated area between Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral at Graham's Beach Grill that took place early morning on Thursday, Oct. 22. Deputies said 33-year-old Walter Butler died after a single shot was fired in the parking lot of the late-night spot on State Road A1A. After being shot, Butler reportedly entered the business and collapsed while the shooter remained on the scene to be questioned.
