Any serious biomedical-focused doctors will raise accupuncture as an addition to treatment, not chiropractors.

Let me tell you it has been a rough month or so. But I just got back from accupuncture, am drinking a homemade mug of Heiße Zitrone, and am going to listen to some music...which means...I'm doing a 10 Song Wander.
I know where I'm starting, but I don't know when it'll end.

I've gotten similar remarks for some of the other meds I routinely take, esp. those affecting mental function.
Well-meaning, but... "Have you considered changing your diet instead?" Or, "There's this herbal supplement that's said to work even better." Or, "Have you tried accupuncture?"
